How to Track Your Order

• Step 1: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique Canada Post tracking number.
• Step 2: Visit the Canada Post website and enter your tracking number in the tracking field.
• Step 3: View the real-time status and estimated delivery date of your shipment.

When Will I Receive My Tracking Number?

Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Your tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order is dispatched. If you have not received it within this window, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the shipping option selected at checkout:

• Canada Post Priority by 9am — 3 to 5 business days
• Canada Post Priority by 9am — 1 to 3 business days
• Canada Post Priority Guaranteed by 1pm — fast guaranteed delivery

Please note that delivery estimates are based on normal carrier conditions and are not guaranteed. Actual times may vary depending on destination and other factors beyond our control.
