Are your watches authentic?
Quality and procedence are at the heart of everything we do. Every timepiece in our catalogue is selected with the utmost care to meet the standards our clients expect from a luxury retailer. If you have any questions about a specific product, please reach out to our team before purchasing.
Which brands do you carry?
Our curated catalogue features the most celebrated names in fine watchmaking, including Rolex, Cartier, Omega, Hublot, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, and Patek Philippe.
Do the watches come with packaging and documentation?
Our timepieces are delivered with appropriate packaging to ensure they arrive safely and elegantly. If you have specific questions about what is included with a particular model, please contact us before ordering.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
We ship across Canada via Canada Post with full tracking. Our shipping options are:
- Canada Post Priority by 9am — $9.90 CAD — delivered in 3 to 5 business days
- Canada Post Priority by 9am — $14.90 CAD — delivered in 1 to 3 business days
- Canada Post Priority Guaranteed by 1pm — Free — on orders of $280.00 CAD and above
- Canada Post Priority Guaranteed by 1pm — $4.90 CAD — on orders from $0.00 to $279.99 CAD
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer complimentary shipping on all orders of $280.00 CAD or more.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery times then depend on the shipping option you select at checkout, ranging from 1 to 5 business days. Please note that delivery estimates are based on normal carrier conditions and are not guaranteed.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your delivery through Canada Post at any time.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 60 days of delivery on all eligible items. Items must be unworn and returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
No. We offer free return shipping on all eligible orders. Once your return is approved, we provide a prepaid shipping label at no cost to you. We also charge no restocking fees.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of your refund approval. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Payment & Security
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
Is it safe to shop with Vantor?
Absolutely. Your security is a priority. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted channels, and we never store your full payment details. Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
What currency are your prices in?
All prices on our website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
